Had very central location close to the beach and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed that it was set just off the lovely pub, The Ancient Mariner, well worth a meal & a drink outside with views of the sea, Old Hunstanton for many years and the garden area.

The hotel is immaculately clean and has views of the sea. The location is magnificent, within walking distance of everything. Plus, this property is very close to the centre of Hunstanton, with a colorful, well-kept garden, and the Coast Hopper bus stop.

The guest house was immaculately clean and in a central location. The breakfast was delicious, and the honesty bar with different carbonated drinks was a nice touch. The service was absolutely friendly. My stay was excellent and one of the best in a long time.

The guest house has an excellent location right next to the beach, restaurants, bars, and the bus station. The Ancient Mariner, a nearby pub, offers a lovely setting with views of the sea and is well worth a visit for a meal and a drink outside. The guest house is very centrally located.
